The specialized 24:1 high-L/D barrier screw optimizes plasticization speed without overheating, maintaining a stable production cycle for a standard 25g preform at approximately 11.5 seconds.

 

Integrated PID temperature controls restrict melt fluctuations to within 0.5°C, lowering acetaldehyde (AA) levels to minimize preform whitening and defects.

 

Driven by Phase motors and Inovance servo systems, the machine outputs power strictly according to injection and cooling cycles, reducing consumption to 0.32–0.38 kWh/kg.

48-hour continuous dry-run test：Verification of hydraulic stability, clamping system smoothness, and pressure holding performance under continuous operation.

Thermal system validation：PID temperature control is checked using multi-zone monitoring to ensure stable heating performance under load conditions.

Testing is performed under standard PET molding conditions prior to shipment.
