All critical dimensions and cavity balance are validated through CMM inspection and trial injection testing before shipment.

Factory Injection Trial & Sample Delivery: (3–5 Days) - Sending 50-100 pcs of physical samples to your facility via DHL/FedEx for final approval before shipping the mould. Trial production is conducted to verify cavity-to-cavity weight consistency before final approval.
